We’re excited to welcome your child to camp! To help ensure a smooth, joyful experience for everyone, please review the following key policies before completing registration.

Camp Commitment

• Camp runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

• Each camper is cast in a role and contributes to the final performance.

• Final performances and dress rehearsals are important group experiences. We strongly encourage full attendance so each child—and the entire cast—can shine.

• If you have any concerns about your child’s ability to attend the final performance, please reach out to us in advance at angela@burchfieldtheatre.com. We’ll do our best to make sure every camper feels included and supported.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up

• Drop-off begins at 8:00 AM | Pick-up is at 4:30 PM

• We offer flexible care options for families who need extended hours:

• Early drop-off at 7:30 AM

• Late pick-up at 5:00 PM

• There is a $10 charge per 30-minute extension to ensure your child is safely supervised and cared for

• Please make sure any trusted adult (other than listed guardians) responsible for pick-up is listed on your child’s registration form

What to Bring

• Nut-free lunch, two snacks, and a labeled water bottle

• Comfortable clothes for movement (no flip-flops); black jazz shoes if available

• Hair should be pulled back out of the face

Behavior Expectations

We’re committed to creating a safe and respectful environment for every camper. By registering, you agree to the following:

• Campers are expected to be kind, inclusive, and ready to participate

• Bullying, discriminatory speech, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated

• Severe or repeated behavioral issues may result in dismissal without refund

Refund & Payment Policy

• 30+ days before camp: Full refund

• 15–29 days before camp: 50% refund

• 14 or fewer days before: No refund

• Requests must be emailed to info@burchfieldtheatre.com

• Emergencies (illness, injury, etc.) may be considered on a case-by-case basis

We ask that camp tuition be paid in full at the time of registration through our website. If you need to discuss payment, please call Lilja at Enrollment, 512-798-8613, or email info@burchfieldtheatre.com.

Health Notice

Please keep your child home if they are sick or recovering from a contagious illness (fever, vomiting, or diarrhea within the past 24 hours).
